To ensure maximum comfort, a topical cream and injectable numbing agent will be provided. This means you won’t feel a thing during the entire procedure. Then, our beautician will gently insert the device and rotate it in a circular motion. Keep in mind that the beautician will have customized the DiVa, so the results are going to be targeted to fulfill your unique needs! A disposable applicator covers the DiVa device, so you can rest assured you’re getting the safest and cleanest service. To help maximize your comfort during the procedure, feel free to bring music and earbuds, an eyemask – whatever helps you relax.
diVa is not a medical treatment
It’s important to keep in mind that DiVa is not meant as a medical replacement for women who have very real medical issues. Before going into treatment, it’s important to talk with your doctor about the symptoms you’re experiencing. DiVa is meant for vaginal rejuvenation which improves vaginal health and sexual experience. This can greatly aid in medical issues, but not replace the need for your doctor to evaluate your symptoms first.

What is recovery like?
You’ll be able to resume your regular routine after the DiVa procedure. You may experience slight soreness and pressure, although that will only last a few days. Your area will be sensitive, so you will want to hold off on exercise for around 3-5 days, and even then ease in lightly. You should not have sex until your beautician advises it, which is determined case by case (usually not more than a few days. But trust us, the wait will be worth it after DiVa!).
How many treatments will I need?
Again, this will depend case-by-case, so talk with your doctor and beautician. Most treatments are spaced 3-4 weeks apart, and you’ll notice vaginal improvement after each one!
