As of February 15, 2022 we will be implementing a new No Show Policy for appointments made with our nurses and Master Esthetician. Please review carefully our Appointment Policy below.  Thank you for your cooperation. 

*Surgical consultation appointments are subject to a different policy. Call our office for details 703-729-5553.

New Patient Policy

All new patients will be asked for credit card details at the time of booking. No prior charges will be made to this card. If there is a no-show our system will take a payment of $ 50. No charge will be made to cancellations or reschedules made before the time of the original appointment.
 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that things come up that mean you need to cancel or reschedule. We request that you make that change within 48 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours are difficult to fill, which is why we have a cancellation policy in place. If you have more than two cancellations, we ask for a $ 50 deposit to be made at the time of booking.
 

Non-Cancellation (NO SHOW) Policy

When you schedule an appointment, and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as a no-show in our system. After your second no-show, you will be required to put down a $ 50 deposit which is non-refundable. After three no-shows, you will no longer be able to book in advance. If you would like an appointment you will need to call on the day.
 

Late Guest Policy

We understand that things can happen that make being on time to an appointment difficult. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call us on 703-729-5553. We schedule the necessary amount of time for our different services and sometimes a late arrival means we cannot guarantee we will have the time to fulfil the service. Calling ahead to keep us updated means we can reschedule you if needed.
 

Changes to Our Appointment Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our appointment policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
