For some women, big breasts are not a blessing. Big breasts can create neck and upper back pain. They also make some women feel self-conscious. Big breasts often draw unwanted attention. They make it difficult to exercise comfortably. And they make it difficult to find properly fitting bras, tops, and dresses.

In the last 20 years, breast reduction surgeries have increased by 157%! That’s a huge number of women choosing to do something about their discomfort and self-consciousness. Even celebrity women have undergone this helpful procedure! Here are 10 celebrity women who have undergone breast reduction surgery and how they feel about their decision now.

This Real Housewives of New Jersey star has not been afraid to talk about her breast reduction surgery. She originally had breast augmentation surgery in 2000 to increase her breast size. She decided to get a reduction after dealing with back pain and being self-conscious.

Her original size was a 32DD, which she has brought down to a 32C after several reduction surgeries to decrease the size of her implants. When asked why she had the surgery, she told Life & Style, “I was uncomfortable and felt like I was carrying a child around with me all the time. Plus, you don’t realize it until you have big boobs, but they’re a pain when it comes to dressing.” She also said that she is excited to go bikini shopping, “When you have big boobs, there’s a fine line between looking tasteful and looking tacky.”

This actress and model finally underwent breast reduction surgery in early 2018 after contemplating the procedure for a long time. She wanted surgery because she was sick of her back hurting from her size 36H breasts and she wanted to wear cute shirts without having to wear a huge bra.

She is now a D-cup and when asked about her procedure in a recent interview with People magazine, she said, “It’s like a dream come true…Now when I’m running out the door, I don’t have to search for the right bra to fit within the shirt or to match the color of the shirt, so, it doesn’t show and look gaudy. I can kind of just throw it on and I’m like, ‘This is amazing!’ I’ve been missing this my whole life.”
