30-year-old 3 months after breast augmentation with silicone filled breast implants. Patient had asymmetric breasts and required a larger implant on the left and also needed the left breast to be lowered a little to match the right side. The right breast implant filled to 370 cc medium profile while left implant was filled to 390 cc. Both were placed using a dual plane technique using a Keller Funnel to decrease the size of the incision.

31-year-old female 3 months after a breast augmentation using 397 cc saline filled breast implants bringing her from an A cup to a large C cup. Notice that the implant had the ability to give her a little bit of a lift. Both implants were placed through incisions in the breast crease and under the muscle through a dual plane technique.

29-year-old 3 months after a breast augmentation using 280cc high profile silicone-filled breast implants with under the breast incisions going from an A to a C cup. She is young and wanted only a very modest increase in size. The scar is still fresh and is very small due to the use of a Keller Funnel.
