18-Year-Old Female – 6 Months After Open Rhinoplasty
This 18-year-old female patient underwent an open rhinoplasty to address concerns with a bulbous nasal tip, prominent lower lateral cartilages, and wide nasal bones. The procedure refined the nasal tip and narrowed the bridge for a more balanced, feminine profile.

During the consultation, she was able to see what she ‘might’ look like using the 3D Vectra camera which is able to alter the 3 dimensional profile right in front of her.
Surgery included reduction and narrowing of a bulbous nasal tip, narrowing of the nasal bones, reduction of a nasal hump, and slightly turning up of the nasal tip.
Procedure was performed at Loudoun Ambulatory Surgery Center in Leesburg, Virginia under general anesthesia
