65-Year-Old Female – Restored Youthfulness Through Volume Replacement
Three months after her facial rejuvenation procedure, this 65-year-old patient shows a naturally refreshed appearance following a combination of upper and lower blepharoplasty, a mini-facelift, and volume restoration. Instead of relying solely on lifting, we focused on replenishing lost facial volume using Sculptra in key areas of the face and Juvederm in the lips—creating balance and softness without overcorrection.
My approach to facial rejuvenation prioritizes natural-looking results. I believe in restoring youthful contours by replacing volume where it has diminished—either through fat transfer (using the patient’s own fat) or trusted dermal fillers like Juvederm, Voluma, Sculptra, and Bellafill.
While mini-facelifts and blepharoplasties address sagging skin, true rejuvenation begins with restoring the foundational volume that time has taken away. As I often say:
“I’d rather look old gracefully than bizarre at the hands of a plastic surgeon.”
