Mini Facelift, Eyelid Surgery, and Fat Transfer Volume Replacement

My facial rejuvenation technique and philosophy center around providing my patients with natural appearing results by providing patients with more volume to the face particularly in the places where it has been lost and lifting tissue where it is necessary. My technique in general provides volume replacement using your own fat by fat transfer or by using off-the-shelf fillers like juvederm, voluma, sculptra, or bellafill. Skin tightening most often includes a mini-facelift for which I am world reknown, an upper blepharoplasty, and a lower blepharoplasty. Some patients will also benefit from a brow lift or a neck lift depending on the degree of facial aging.

After re-establishing the platform with volume replacement and surgical lifting, the rejuvenation process will generally require laser skin treatments to improve the quality of the skin. This generally implies the reduction of sun spots, spider veins, texture problems, and fine lines.
