This 38-year-old patient is shown 6 months after breast augmentation with 375cc silicone implants. The implants were placed beneath the muscle using a dual-plane technique through the inframammary fold. A Keller Funnel was used for insertion, helping minimize incision size. The patient had no pre-existing breast droop, allowing for a straightforward augmentation with natural, balanced results.
