Keeping You Safe
Aesthetica and Radiance have remained closed even beyond the all-clear order by the Governor to ensure that our facility is as physically and procedurally safe as possible.
Social distancing in the office
Social distancing remains a mainstay of how you need to keep yourself safe both in the office and at home. Our patients will no longer congregate in the office reception area. Instead, we ask that you remain in your car in the parking lot. We will send you a text when we are ready for you to come up for your appointment.
Tele-Medicine / Tele-Consults
With the goal of social distancing in mind, we have started teleconferencing through Zoom Video. This service may not be appropriate for all patients, but some patients, including our international and more distant patients, may benefit from meeting on-line.
Cleanliness
Our office has always had cleanliness and sterility in mind. We have taken even greater steps at wiping down the consult and procedure rooms with medical-grade detergents before and after each patient. Clients are asked to wear their masks up to the time of their procedure, but will be asked to remove their masks during the procedure. The nurses and doctor, however, will continue to wear their masks at all times in your presence.
Is it safe to have a botox, fillers, or any procedures in this environment?
While it is never 100% safe, there is no evidence that coronavirus is transmitted from blood or surgical procedures. The CDC this week (May 20th) reported that the risk of transmission through surface contact such as counters is negligible.
