The Aesthetic Society has released a study detailing its predictions on what the most popular plastic surgeries will be in 2020. Another information guru of the cosmetic enhancement world, RealSelf, conducted a survey to discover which plastic surgery left its patients feeling most satisfied with the results.

First of all, the Aesthetic society’s research revealed that facelifts will be making a comeback, and mini-facelifts will continue taking the world by storm in 2020. Doctors worldwide are noting the uptake in requests for facelifts in an ever-expanding clientele base that is getting younger and younger. Facelifts are one of the longest-lasting, most effective, ways to rejuvenate the face, and are beginning to be recommended as a proactive, rather than reactive, treatment to prevent aging. When performed by a qualified, board-certified plastic surgeon, a facelift produces an organic and naturally youthful aesthetic that is almost unparalleled.
Injectables and Lasers: Non-Invasive Facial Rejuvination

RealSelf’s indepth poll of over 600 cosmetic enhancement procedures revealed two categories that were highly rated, with over 99% of patients reporting complete satisfaction with their results. Here’s what they found:
Facial Fillers
One of the top contenders for customer satisfaction is facial treatments and injectables, including Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, as well as lip fillers and non-surgical nose jobs! Injectables and filler related treatments took up over half of the non-surgical treatments that made the “worth-it” list!
Breast Augmentation & Other Breast Surgeries
Out of the 37 surgical procedures that earned a spot on the Most Worth It list, breast augmentation, breast lifts, and other breast-related surgeries took 14 places. Breast augmentation, breast reduction, and gynecomastia (male breast reduction) were all rated at 98% worth it.
The survey also revealed that over one-third of American adults are considering receiving plastic surgery in the next 12 months.
