Meet Melanie
For the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Chang as an aesthetic nurse, helping patients look and feel their best. After nearly 10 years in aesthetics, Dr. Chang encouraged me to go back to school and become a Family Nurse Practitioner so that we could expand our care beyond aesthetics and into hormone health, wellness, and preventative care.
That journey completely changed the way I look at what we do. I’ve always loved helping people feel more confident in how they look, but now we have the opportunity to help people truly feel better from the inside out. We developed MedHealth360 to incorporate wellness alongside aesthetics. Both businesses compliment each other, providing a complete wellness plan for our patients.
My Passion
My passion at MedHealth360 is helping patients navigate an area of healthcare that can often feel confusing and overwhelming. There is so much misinformation surrounding hormone replacement therapy, aging, wellness, and what it means to optimize your health. I want our patients to have access to evidence-based information, individualized treatment, and someone who actually takes the time to listen to them.
Our goal is to provide a more personalized level of care than many patients experience in a traditional primary care or OB/GYN setting. We take the time to understand the whole person—not just their lab values or a single symptom—and work with each patient to create a plan that fits their individual needs and goals.
At MedHealth360, we believe healthcare should be personal, collaborative, and empowering. Whether we’re helping someone feel more confident in their appearance or helping them regain their energy, vitality, and quality of life, the goal is ultimately the same: to help people feel like themselves again—and feel better doing it.
