75-year-old female who underwent a mini facelift procedure in our office in Loudoun County, Virginia near Leesburg. She was unhappy with the appearance of facial aging including the drooping of the jowls. The descent of the jowls makes a face look more square.

The extended mini-facelift procedure lifts the lower face and jowl into the face where it belongs, adds facial volume, cleans the jawline, and decreases the nasolabial folds. She did not have any other procedures.
