39-year-old 3 months after a mommy makeover that included a breast reduction, a breast lift, areola reduction, nipple reduction, full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of the hips and flanks.

Her main complaints before her surgery included back and shoulder pain and shoulder indentations. Notice also that her breasts were not symmetric to start. Her results, which are shown 3 months after her operation show her scars that have not completely faded as that takes about a year. She is happy that her large breasts are smaller and more symmetric. What is a Mommy Makeover?

A mommy makeover is a term that I came up with close to 20 years ago to describe all the potential procedures that a mother might benefit from after having babies. These usually include a breast augmentation or lift and a tummy tuck or liposuction. But it can include almost anything in-between that has changed your body after pregnancy.
