A 36 year old female from Northern Virginia who had natural volume loss. She has not had children but had lost volume in the upper pole of the breast. She wanted more volume as well as more fullness in the upper pole of the breast. She went from a D to a double D bras cup size with a 15-533 silicone filled breast implant. Implants were placed through an inframammary crease incision.
