Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center is an elite practice that offers plastic and reconstructive procedures for the face, breasts, body, and skin. Our practice is led by founder and director Dr. Phillip Chang, who is an award-winning board-certified plastic surgeon in Loudoun County. Our approach to cosmetic care focuses on the unique needs of the patient for customized treatment that yields stunning outcomes. We utilize minimally invasive techniques and modern technology to emphasize natural-looking results and short recovery. Dr. Phillip Chang
Dr. Phillip Chang is a leading plastic surgeon in Loudoun County and the founder of Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center. He has won numerous awards for his innovative skill including “Super Doctor” and is considered one of the “Top 10 Plastic Surgeons” in northern Virginia. He is board certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a diamond Allergan provider of BOTOX and Juvéderm injectables. He utilizes minimally invasive techniques to emphasize natural-looking results, and has pioneered advanced methods for the mini facelift and nonsurgical rhinoplasty.
Dr. Chang founded Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Center in 2000. 25 years later and he is still performing face and body surgery from his medical practice offering free consultations for surgical patients.
Dr. Chang is honored to be serving the greater northwest region of Washington, D.C. with outstanding cosmetic care.
Aesthetica Personnel
Melanie Jackson, FNP-C, APRN
Melanie Jackson is a certified nurse practitioner who works closely with each of our patients to provide the quality treatment they deserve for optimal results. She has been working in the aesthetics field for over 12 years providing injectables, lasers, MiraDry and body contouring services.
She also leads the Medhealth360 Hormone Replacement therapy program.
Angela Westbrook, RN BSN
Angie Westbrook has been working for Aesthetica for over ten years and is one of our seasoned registered nurses who provides attentive cosmetic care to our patients and support to Dr. Chang.
Riley McBride
Riley McBride provides all background support for our MedHealth360 patients and staff. She is also a Clinically Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist performing injections and intravenous blood collections for our BHRT and weight loss program.
Cricket Ross
Cricket provides administrative support to our practice director and manages our receptionist staff. She also ensures our receptionist staff are always welcoming, professional and informed.
Gwen Stone
Gwen Stone is a licensed Master Esthetician with over 12 years of experience in advanced skincare treatments. Specializing in Diamond Glow facials, SkinPen micro-needling, and anti-aging therapies. Gwen is dedicated to helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. Her passion for the latest innovations in skincare and commitment to personalized care ensures a rejuvenating and results-driven experience for every client.
Katy Downs Griggs, RN BSN
Katy Downs is a registered nurse who brings 20 years of industry training to our Leesburg practice to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Janelle Smith
Janelle Smith is our amazing surgical care coordinator. She ensures our surgical patients have the highest standard of care and support.
Caroline Hedges
Practice Director, Aesthetica
Caroline brings over 15 years experience of small business management to this role.
Rachel Shuster
With over 20 years of medical experience, Rachel is our surgical assistant and social media manager. She provides skilled support in the operating room and manages our online platforms to keep patients informed and engaged.
Faye Brennan
Faye serves as our front desk coordinator to ensure the best customer care possible. She is also our amazing social media coordinator and creator.
Melissa Guzman
With over 14 years of experience in the medical field, Melissa provides expert support as our front desk receptionist. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she ensures clear communication and a seamless experience for every patient.
