Why Dr. Phillip Chang

Dr. Phillip Chang is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with offices in Loudoun ( Ashburn and Leesburg ) and Fairfax ( Reston ) Virginia. Dr. Chang specializes in surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic enhancements including breast augmentation and breast reduction procedures, face lift and eyelid lift surgeries, rhinoplasty, tummy tucks, and many other Face and Body Procedures.

Dr. Chang is Board Certified by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He grew up in the Washington metropolitan area. After graduating from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, he completed his General Surgery training at the prestigious Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California. Dr. Chang then returned to the University of Rochester where he completed an Accredited Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Following completion of his Plastic Surgery Fellowship, Dr. Chang returned to California where he completed a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship with prominent plastic surgeons in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills.
